You can book directly on the website via the “request information” button or contact us by phone or email.
2. What documents do I need to buy a property?
These are usually:
Citizen card or passport
Proof of income
IRS declaration
Proof of address
3. Is it possible to buy a house in Portugal as a foreigner?
Yes, foreigners can buy property in Portugal. We can also help with processes such as NIF.
4. What are the additional costs of buying a property?
IMT, IS, Deed and records, Mediation commission (if applicable)
5. How do long-term rents work?
Once the application has been approved (with documents such as pay slips, guarantor, etc.), a rental contract is signed, usually for a minimum of 1 year.

The commission varies according to the type of service provided and the value of the property. It will always be presented clearly and transparently in advance.
